Description below :
In the case of a private building contract, the client can delegate his role to a third party, and in particular :

the definition of his brief, of his budget, of the time schedule desired for the design and works ;
-
the composition of the design team members and site supervising team ;
-
the obtention of the different legal building authorizations and insurances.
The client’s representative takes the decisions on behalf and in coordination with the client. He then becomes the sole intermediary with the different members of the construction process, members of the design team, operator, administration, contractors.
The extent of the services of the client’s representative can be more or less extensive, depending on the client’s requirements.
